Just renovated bright and cozy apartment is perfect for couples and small families (5th floor in the historical building w/o elevator, narrow stairs). It is fully equipped for a long-term stay, features brand new furniture, decoration and appliances. There is a balcony with a view to the sea. Ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach in Barceloneta which is part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town). Wonderful local atmosphere, many typical bars and seafood restaurants nearby. To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.
🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee
🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
