A brand new 2-bedroom apartment in Barceloneta is perfect for families and groups of friends. It features all the amenities that you might need for a long-term stay. There is high speed wifi suitable from working from home. 2nd floor of the building without elevator. Many local restaurants and bars in the area. You can also find shops and supermarket walking distance from the place. The beaches and the metro station can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
Check-in Fees:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.
🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee
