Barceloneta is a beach front district of Barcelona and the smallest of the 4 quarters of Ciutat Vella. The neighborhood has many old charming houses, bars and open-air restaurants. In the narrow streets of Barceloneta you will find typical restaurants and bars with excellent fish and seafood. Barceloneta is a beach area. The beaches of Barceloneta are crowded with both tourists and locals.
The Space
We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy 50 m² apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

✔ Fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, dishes, coffee maker, and microwave for quick meals.

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!
🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
Check-in Fees:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees help fairly compensate the person who will be coming in their personal time to guarantee the best possible check-in experience for you.
🕗 After 8:00 PM: €40 late arrival fee.
🌙 After 12:00 AM: €60 late arrival fee.
📅 Sundays & public holidays: €40 fee.
