In the narrow streets of Barceloneta you will find typical restaurants and bars with excellent fish and seafood. Barceloneta is a beach area. The beaches of Barceloneta are crowded with both tourists and locals.
We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy 50 m² apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee
🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
