Bright and modern 40sqm apartment, ideally located 5 minutes walk to the beach, metro, market in the lively Barceloneta which is a part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town), the historical centre of Barcelona. Short walking distance to the very center of the city, it’s located in peaceful location with wonderful local atmosphere. Apartment is steps away from stores, market place, Catalan seafood restaurants, cafés, banks and everything you need on holidays. Located on the ground floor.

We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

House Rules:
🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!
🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.
Check-in Fees:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.
🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee
Tourist Tax in Barcelona:
🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions
