Bright newly renovated 35 sqm apartment for couples (4th floor in the building w/o elevator, narrow stairs). Located 100 meters from the beach. Ideally located 2 minutes walk to the beach in Barceloneta which is part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town), the historical centre of Barcelona. Wonderful local atmosphere, many typical bars and seafood restaurants nearby. Balcony with side view of the sea. Perfect apartment to be near the beach and within short walking distance to everything in the Old Town.

While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
