Review:
Great apartment in a really interesting part of the city. Close to Ramblas and also to the beach and surrounded by great little bars and restaurants. We were on the top floor and it was surprisingly quiet. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

We are a family of four and loved our stay at the Sagrada Familia apartment. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was terrific, only a few steps from Sagrada Familia and a couple of Metro stops. The area is charming and vibrant with lots of cafe's and restaurants around. Duncun is a great guy and was very patient waiting for us to arrive from the airport . He was also very thorough in explaining the workings of the apartment and made sure we had the wifi working on all our devices before he departed. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

A lovely comfortable well appointed apartment in a perfect location. Tube was within easy walking distance, as were cafes, groceries and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay.

The location of the apartment was excellent, just moments from the Ramblas and all the shops. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, with 2 good size double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living space (if a little small). The perfect base for sightseeing during the day and enjoying the nightlife. The owner of the property met us and was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.

The décor is pleasantly neutral and relaxing. Everything is need is in the apartment.
As other clients have mentioned, the apartment's location is perfect for local stores and restaurants, and of course the amazing public transit system.
During our stay we did occasionally eat-in - the real a great delicatessen store just in front of the building. I was told is one of the best in Barcelona.

Great flat, we love the design. Building is a very good condition and staircase is wide and easy. Situated on very quiet street and yet so close to all the conveniences and the vibrant life of Born and Old city. The building is within a short walk the beach, City Center, and Gòtico. The host is helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

Excellent location, just off La Rambla. Good for couple, or perhaps a couple with children. Would have preferred double or Queen bed rather than 2 singles (that's why we are giving four stars). Very good, friendly and helpful contact person.

We enjoyed our stay in the Barcenoleta in this bright and warm flat. We found a many very good restaurants nearby and of course everything we needed was always just around the corner. It was a great neighborhood location and exactly what we wanted. 5 minutes from the beach and a great local market. We will come back.

The apartment was perfect for our two week stay in Barcelona. The check-in process was easy and Duncun was very helpful with explaining the workings of the place. The furnishings were clean and recently renovated, plus there was plenty of light. We highly recommend it.

The amenities and the BEACH were well within short walking distance, but be warned and wear sensible shoes; you want to see everything in Barcelona. There is so much to see. Because we were so tired by the end of the day we would prefer to have the apartment on one level but I can see how other would like this split level flat.

The flat was delightful. It was recently remodeled, and everything was completely new, which made it especially nice. It was spacious and bright, with the morning sun greeting us every morning. Steps from Sargada Familia.
