How can I make a reservation? How would my booking be confirmed?

HiBcn.com provides a 24 hours online reservation system, for more information please visit How to book an apartment.

To confirm your booking, HiBCN must receive your online prepayment (20% of the total amount). Once booking is confirmed, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with the name, phone and email of the apartment manager and address of the apartment.

How and when do I a pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance and the refundable damage deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is refunded when you check out, after the apartment manager has inspected the apartment.
Who do I make prepayment to?
You can make your prepayment with a credit or debit card. Your payment will be made to Iniciativas conte, S.L. Iniciativas Conte, S.L. is a legal name of HiBCN.com (http://hibcn.com/) in Spain for tax purposes.
Is there any cost for cleaning?
The cleaning fee (60 €) is included in total amount. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. If you need more cleaning service during your stay, please contact the apartment manager (extra charge would be applied).
Do I pay any damage deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 200 € paid in cash is required upon arrival at the apartment to cover any possible damage. It is fully refundable on your check-out date, if no damage has been done to the apartment.
Where can we get the apartment keys?
The apartment manager will give you the keys at the apartment during your check-in. You will set up check-in time directly with apartment manager prior to your arrival. Apartment manager will show you an apartment and will answer any questions you might have.
What is the check-in /out time for the apartment?
  • Check-in time after 14:00 (2 pm).
  • Check-out time before 11:00. (11 am)

Who will meet me at the apartment?
Apartment manager will be waiting for you at the apartment at the time previously agreed with you. You will find the exact apartment address and apartment manager contact information in you booking confirmation email. (Please print our booking confirmation and keep it with you for reference). It is important to contact the apartment manager in advance to make sure that check-in process on you arrival day is smooth.
Can I have guests in the apartment during my stay?
You are welcome to have visitors in the apartment but only the guests indicated by the client in the booking are authoriz ed to occupy the apartment. You must book for the highest number of people that will occupy the apartment at any given time during your stay.
What utilities/services are included in price?
All utility charges (water, electricity and gas) are included in the total price for all rentals up to 30 days. Utility consumption charge will be charged according to the meter reading upon you check in/out for all rentals longer than 30 days.
What is the minimum stay in the apartments?
Minimum stay is depends on apartment.

Please contact the apartment manager with any questions regarding the apartment or its equipment.
Are the apartments centrally located?
All of our apartments are located in Barcelona city center (Ciutat Vella (Old town)). The walking distance from any of our apartment to Ramblas is from 1 to 10 minutes. All of the apartments are within walking distance to the beach.
How safe is to visit Barcelona?
Barcelona is a safe city ranking 4th as the most visited city in all of Europe, after London, Paris and Rome. However, like in any metropolitan city you must be careful and try to avoid cases of thievery, which are common in any large cities. The main incidences to be aware of are pick-pocketing, bag snatching and other petty crimes while exploring the city. Please review Safety Tips for more info.
Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
All of our apartments have fully equipped kitchens, clean towels and bed linen.
Do you accept pets in the apartments?
Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Do you offer discount rates?
We offer the best prices. Please review our discount rates clearly posted on our website.
